Grade Change using eGrade Change
Indiana University has developed an electronic grade change process to allow instructors to submit grade changes online through One.IU. Instructions and procedures vary slightly depending on whether one is an instructor or an administrator, so please select from links appropriate to your circumstances below.
eGrade Change Configuration Information
The eGrade Change Workflow Processing utility is maintained by the Office of the Registrar to provide a quick reference to the workflow configuration for eGrade Change request routing. If you don't have access and need it as part of your professional responsibilities, you can request access by emailing eDocsBL@indiana.edu.
Note: You will be expected to have on file both an Acceptable Use Agreement and verification of the successful completion of the FERPA Tutorial before being added as a member of an eGradeChange workgroup. Your assistance in verifying that both of these requirements have been met prior to requesting access will greatly expedite your request.
