Ordering Transcripts

In Person

If requesting a transcript in person, complete a Transcript Request form (available in the lobby outside our office) and submit it, along with a valid photo ID to a Service Representative in Franklin Hall, 100. The Office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

NOTE: Currently Enrolled Students - Before you request an official transcript, it is your responsibility to view your Unofficial Transcript to verify that anticipated academic record actions (anticipated degree(s), final grades at the end of a term, anticipated grade changes) have been reported and are recorded on the transcript.  To view your unofficial transcript, log into OneStart, click “Go to Student Center”, click "My Academics & Grades", and then click "View my unofficial transcript".

Cost . . . Transcripts are currently $10.00 each. If you are currently enrolled, you may have the charge billed to your bursar account.

To receive a copy of your official transcript, all financial obligations to the University must be clear/current. This includes your account with the Office of the Bursar (812)855-2636, Student Loan Administration (812)855-4511, or the Dean of Students/Greek Housing (812)855-8187. If you have any past balance due with any of these offices, there will be a "hold" on your record and we will not be able to issue your transcript. If you think you might have any past debt to any of these offices, please contact that office for clearance before issuing your transcript request. If you are unsure about any possible account holds, give us a call and we can check the status for you (812)855-7505.
